20 things i wish every cell in my body knew when i was 20

 


1. Getting up early in the morning actually boost productivity and problem-solving skills.

2. Don’t rush. Good people end up with good people.

3. Eventually you will figure out how everything was connected in your life.

4. Spend more time on doing what you love.

5. Never accept anything on face value.

6. Eat light and sleep tight.

7. Health is super important.

8. Learn the art of letting go.

9. There is no substitute to hard-work.

10. Remove toxicity (food, relationship, things etc.)from your life

11. Spend time alone — meditation is a great choice.

12. Ditch your television.

13. Instead of managing time, focus on managing energy.

14. Collect experience not ‘things’.

15. Travel more to expand your mindset.

16. Discover your purpose and build a business around it.

17. Learn to celebrate even small things. Build self-love.

18. Never stop learning.

19. You don’t have to marry. Some people are single-at-heart and actually live more fulfilling lives.

20. Listen to your heart more and silence your brain.
